I went to Puerto Galera with no real activities in mind but to forget and to heal. I have done much agonizing of losing that which I thought I used to have but had actually eluded me after all those years.

The Trek

I have no idea how hard the climb was to get to Aninuan Falls or how long it will take to get there. I’m not mountaineer nor I have a real workout for months. Worse, I’ve been smoking for over a month now.

Friday night, I got to stay in the office for an hour later than my intended going home time; I wanted to shadow my officemate debugging on a problematic code that I should be working on. If I insisted to stay a few more hours longer, I’ll be so tired to wake up early for my commute to Puerto Galera the next morning and who knows what could have happened?
