What if you strongly believe in one reality and a friend of yours suddenly decides to accept another? What would you do? Would you let her be?

Maybe you’re just too narrow minded. There are a lot of realities out there that your mind cannot easily comprehend. Maybe this is one of those realities. But as of this moment, it’s still unacceptable to you.

What if, in a way, you knew, that that reality is a lie? As a friend, is letting her know your disapproval enough? Should you do something more? Let her see the light that you see? What if, you’d want to protect her from the pain you believe that she will encounter if she continues with that reality? Could you really step back and pretend indifference? If she gets hurt, just hope she’ll remember to run to you for help; if she’s happy, be happy for her and be thankful that you’ve expanded your mind to finally understand that reality.

Maybe there are no compromise of truths, just acceptance of every person experiencing this world.

Maybe… maybe.
