I think I just started a craze on facebook. Well, actually, I think I saw a contact doing that before. So I’m not sure really if I was the craze starter.

It was my first time to add an album to my account. My first intent in doing so was to let my contacts do most of the tagging for me just because I’m a lazy-ass who does not really have a good memory. My second was to find more friends within my network so I could add them as my contact. I didn’t really expect that it was a strong enough trigger to make us all take a stroll along down the memory lane. But as I’ve said to a friend amidst all the chaotic commenting on the pictures that I’ve posted, I’m so glad I uploaded those pictures. I believe it served as a good break from the rat race called work that most of my batchmates and I have jumped into. It was a ray of sunshine against the gloom of our transition to adulthood. It was a comforting thought that somewhere back in time, we were young, spirited, and care-free and that it is ok to take a break and go back to those times even if it was only through the comments section of a picture on facebook.

I feel happy with the fb statuses expressing their amusement and longing for the company of friends back during the best days of our lives.
